The Lodge at Lansdowne Farm is a campus on a coastal bench. The big Warren and Mahoney designed Common House is the gathering and dining place and the core of the Lodge campus. A total of six (6) double bedrooms.

The Common House
Purpose-designed for friends, family or colleagues. Glass doors fold back to sheltered decks, linking to bathrooms, laundry, six double bedrooms, the grounds. No walls – the furnishings move! If configured for catering the Common House can comfortably seat up to 70 people for dinner and then dancing.
The kitchen
Whether you're self-catering or booking a caterer, the Lodge's kitchen facilities have everything needed to cook up feasts of epic proportions. This includes a stainless cooking and prep scullery and an open kitchen, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, large cupboards and a full complement of quality pots and pans. For 12 persons the Lodge provides table settings, platters, cutlery, glasses and plate ware. Most guests choose to self-cater by arranging a trip to the supermarket before arriving. But if you'd like a caterer to take care of the culinary then we can arrange that or make a recommendation.
The Library ROOM
Once the homestead's lounge, the book-lined Library is free-standing now. The little building with its woodwork, its fireplace and views make a delightful room. This room is friends’ favourite. The Library Room Guests use the Main Bathroom.
The Bunkhouse ROOMS, North and South
Two large rooms each with a luxury ensuite. Both rooms have a wood-burning fireplace, sweeping views and detached privacy. King beds.
The Three Cabana Rooms
Each free standing Cabana has its own decks, complete with stainless bench and sink outside, spectacular views, a retractable awning, closets and drawers, internet repeater and queen bed. Guests use the Main Bathroom.

Bed linens are crisp cotton. Pillows from which to choose. Blankets of wool or feather duvets. Bedside reading lights. BBQ gas or wood fire (Argentine parilla style). Thoughtfulness.
