Rates quoted are for minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 guests.
Rates are in NZ dollars and include a 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All reservation requests are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Rates are based on guests self-catering all meals.   Guests will be charged additional for provisioning and catering services.

Check in: 2.00pm          Check out: 10.00am  (unless prior arrangements are made).

A 25% deposit will be required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be invoiced 60 days prior and is due for payment no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.  A reminder will be sent in advance of the payment date.
